Question: Does spagetti sauce taste good with riccotta cheese mixed in!?
i'm planning on making a vegetarian spagetti sauce and am wondering if mixing ricotta cheese makes it tasty!. this is the recipe i'm planning on using:
1!. sauteeing onion, zucchini, and garlic in olive oil
2!. adding salt and stirring
3!. adding tomato sauce and stirring again
4!. mixing the sauce with the pasta and ricotta cheese!.
5!. adding chopped mint

i've never tried this recipe!. are the flavor combinations okay!? anyone have suggestions to better it!? would parsley, basil, and oregano be better herbs than mint in this particular dish!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
