Question: What kinds of cheese should I use for a cheese/bread platter!?
I am having a house warming party this weekend and wanted to put together a cheese and cracker/bread platter!. Any recommendations for types of cheese!? Maybe gouda, brie!.!.!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

A cheese board should contain at least 1 soft, semi-soft, 1 mature, 1 cheddar

Cambembert
Brie
Blue stilton
gouda
mature irish cheddar cheese
Serve with grapes, apple and water biscuits like Carrs!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Add Port Wine Cheese to your other choices as well as White Cheddar, Pepper Jack
slices of apples , red, yellow, green (drizzle lemon on them)!.
Olive tempenade for Crostini is good too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I agree with Zippy!. I just recently tried Dill Havarti cheese and fell in love!. It's delicious!. So maybe I would add that - LOL!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
