Shake & Bake--very easy!. Ranch, Italian, French, or 1,000 Island dressing!. onions, carrots, potatoes--Done--complete meal w/o salad or dessert, of course!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Make your own shake in bake type coating I have one I use with corn flakes!.
1 Cup corn flake Crumbs
1 1/2 teaspoon season salt
3 pounds chick rinsed and dried
1/2 cup evaporated fat free milk
2 Tablespoons margarine, melted

Step 1:
combine corn flake crumbs and seasoned salt!. Dip each piece in evaporated milk and coat with corn flake crumbs mixture!. Place in single layer, in shallow baking pan coated with cooking spray!. Drizzle with margarine!.
Step 2:
Bake at 350 for 1 Hour or until chicken is cooked!.

This is a quick and easy thing to do!. I have even changed the seasoning from season salt to garlic salt or onion powder, just pends on what i want to useWww@FoodAQ@Com

Use bread crumbs or saltine crackers (crushed) Sprinkle with your favorite seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic, etc)
Bake at 375* til juices run clear!.

Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic!. Add a little water or BBQ sauce mixed with a little water to baking dish!. About 15 minutes til done brush with more BBQ sauce!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yakitori sauce is a winner!. After the chicken is cook thoroughly, add the sauce under the broiler!. As it caramelizes add another coating until you have a nice glaze to the legs!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Oniony Baked Chicken

Chicken:
1/3 cup LAND O LAKES? Butter
1/3 cup crushed saltine crackers
2 tablespoons onion soup mix
8 chicken drumsticks

Dip:
1 med (1 cup) cuke, peeled, chopped
1 cup LAND O LAKES? Light Sour Cream
1? teaspoon chopped fresh chives
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed

Heat oven to 350°F!. Melt butter in oven in 13x9-inch baking pan (5 to 7 minutes)!. Stir together crushed crackers and onion soup mix!. Dip chicken drumsticks into melted butter, then coat with crumb mixture!. Place drumsticks back in same pan; sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture!. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes or until no longer pink!.

Meanwhile, stir together all dip ingredients in medium bowl!. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour!. Serve chicken hot or cold with dip!.
Makes 4 servings (1 1/3 cups dip)!.

Caramelized Baked Chicken
Yield: 6 servings

3 pounds chicken pieces
2 Tbsp!. olive oil
? cup soy sauce
2 Tbsp!. ketchup
1 cup honey
1 tsp!. cayenne pepper
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 400o F!. Place chicken in a greased 9”x13” baking dish!. Mix together remaining ingredients!. Pour over the chicken!. Bake in a preheated oven for 45 minutes!. Turn chicken over, baste, and bake 45 minutes more!.

Chicken Scarpariello

1 (2? - 3 Pound) Chicken, Cut Into Pieces
1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
Salt & Pepper
1 tsp!. Oregano
4 Tbsp Olive Oil
3 Cloves Garlic, Peeled & Sliced
? Cup Chopped Onions
1 Sprig Fresh Rosemary
1 Cup Chicken Broth
? Cup White Wine
Juice From 1 Lemon
3 Tbsp Unsalted, Softened Butter
1 Tbsp Flour
1/4 Cup Chopped, Fresh Parsley

Preheat the oven to 400o F!. Mix together the flour, oregano, salt, and pepper!. Rinse and dry the chicken pieces, and then dredge them lightly in the seaoned flour mixture!. In a heavy, ovenproof skillet, large enough to hold all of the chicken pieces, heat the olive oil, and then brown the chicken well on all sides over medium heat!. Once all of the pieces are well browned, remove them to a plate!. Pour out the left over oil in the pan, leaving just a tablespoon or two with the browned bits at the bottom!. Add the onion and cook until soft, and then add the garic!. As soon as the garlic begins to sizzle, add the wine, and stir the browned bits at the bottom while you reduce the wine by half over medium high heat!. Add the chicken broth and bring to a boil!. Break up the rosemary into pieces, and add it to the sauce!. Return the chicken pieces to the skillet, and spoon the sauce over top!. Bake the chicken until done, about 20 minutes!.

Remove the chicken to a warmed platter, and bring the remaining sauce to a boil!. Add the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper!. Mix the tablespoon of flour with 1 tablespoon of softened butter!. Add the remaining butter to the sauce in the skillet, and mix well!. Remove the rosemary pieces from the sauce!. If the sauce is thin, stir in a little of the flour and butter mixture, whisking continuously to prevent lumps!. Once the sauce has thickened, add the chopped parsley, and pour the sauce over the chicken on the platter!. Serve immediately!.

Tandoori Chicken

One whole or cut up chicken OR 8 favorite chicken parts
Juice from one lemon
2 tsp!. salt
1 tsp!. cumin seed
1 tsp!. coriander seed
1 tsp!. crushed dried red pepper
1 large onion cubed
6 cloves garlic (or more)
1 inch peeled fresh ginger
2 tsp!. turmeric
1/2 C Vegetable oil (I never double the oil if I double the recipe – it isn’t needed)
1 tbsp!. vinegar
1 C plain yogurt (if you double the recipe – use one large container of yogurt)

1!. Rinse, dry & remove all fat (skin if desired)!. Make 2 diagonal cuts on thigh and leg (separate if desired for easier handling later)
2!. Put all above ingredients (except yogurt and chicken) into blender and blend until smooth!. Add yogurt!.
3!. Coat all surfaces, let marinate at least 4 hours room temperature or overnight in refrigerator!. (Works almost as well straight away)
4!. Bring chicken to room temperature to roast
5!. Place chicken in well buttered roasting pan just large enough to hold chicken
6!. Pour marinade over chicken - DO NOT cover with foil or lid
7!. Place in lower third of preheated 375 oven
8!. Roast for 30 min!. basting occasionally!. Turn chicken to other side & repeat (note: only if using whole chicken)!. Check for doneness!.
9!. Serve with steamed basmati rice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
