Which do you prefer to cook ribs with a spicy sauce or sweet sauce?!


Question: Which do you prefer to cook ribs with a spicy sauce or sweet sauce!?
Or do you prefer them with just a dry rub!?

I use a dry rub, and then just add BBQ sauce the last 15 min!. or so!.!.!.with extra on the side!. I like A-1 Texas Marinade or Jack Daniel's BBQ sauces!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I prefer a sweet or smokey flavor!. We usually just get those flavored bbq sauce from the store!. We're lazy!. Lol!. Actually I just don't have any good recipes for it yet!. My friend's husband makes an awesome sauce, but he won't share his recipe!. Maple syrup is pretty scrumptious too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Honey hot, I take kraft hot bbq sauce, 1/2 cup of honey, 1/4 of marmalade, and a little bit of cayenne pepper (add pepper to taste) in a sauce pan and warm it up!.
Boil my ribs until the meat is good and soft!.
Place them on the grill for a few mins and when done coat with my special sauce!.

I like them to be Spicy and sweet like a spicy BBQ sauce

But I do like them with a little Garlic powder and seasoning salt as well so it would be a toss up which one

My husband makes is own homemade BBQ Sauce!. Its a little spicy and tangy, but theres a sweetness to it too bc he adds chunks of pineapple and brown sugarWww@FoodAQ@Com
