Answers:
you can make another stir-fry with no soysauce!. you can mix them all!.
you can use leftover as egg roll!. just add potato starch and water, wrap them in egg roll shell then fry next day!. really really reeeeally yummy!

this is how i remake leftovers!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you like the flavor of soy sauce, use the dark soy sauce!. It's more concentrated so you have to use less of it!. Make sure you mix everything together so that the soy sauce is spread uniformly on all the ingredients!. also, if you're using soy sauce, you don't need to add any salt afterwards!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Potatoes and stir fry, probably not!. You should add more veggies!. If anything take 1/4 of it out, rinse in water and put it back in there and heat back up!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Put in a couple of halved potatoes and stir them around!. Remove the potatoes before serving!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You answered your own question, use less soy sauce as that tastes very salty!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You could try that, or you could add a salt of sugar!. Whichever you'd prefer!. Either can't hurt any worse then too much salt!. Good luck!. :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

raisins and bananas!. or avocados!. they are full of potassium!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

try serving on plain rice or noodlesWww@FoodAQ@Com
