Answers:
corn on the cob

6 ears fresh sweet corn, silks removed but husks still attached
1/2 cup mayonaise
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 lime, halved
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt

Pull husks up to cover the corn ears and place the corn in a large bowl or pot!. Cover with cold water and place a large plate or other weight on top of the corn so that it remains submerged!. Allow the corn to soak for at least 1 hour!.

While the corn is soaking, prepare a grill or barbecue to medium-high!. Adjust the grilling rack so that it sits about 4 inches away from the fire!.

Lay the corn on the grill and cook for 20 to 25 minutes, turning frequently!. Remove and allow to cool slightly!.

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F!.

Pull the husks back to form a handle and brush the ears evenly with the melted butter!. Squeeze the lime halves evenly over the ears of corn, and brush the ears with some of the mayonaise!. Sprinkle the cheese evenly among the corn ears, coating on all sides!. Sprinkle the ears evenly with the chili powder and kosher salt!. Place corn in a baking dish and put in the oven for at least 5 minutes, or until ready to serve!.

Pasta Salad is my favorite!. You just boil any kind of pasta you want (penne turns out best) put it in a casserole dish, mix in 2 containers of Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing ( I use the fat free kind) and any veggies you would want!. Then set it in the fridge until cool!.

Fruit salad is very refreshing with burgers and hot dogs too!.

Other than salads there's always your average bbq foods like baked beans and corn on the cob!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You could make a simple Italian Pasta Salad!. The tri color twist pasta, you buy the McCormick Italian salad spice, follow the directions on the back! Simple!.!.I always add cucumber, green pepper, and tomatoes!
I also make grill taters!.!.!.I cube up potatoes, add a dollop of butter (could use olive oil) garlic powder, and onion, or onion powder, Lawry's seasoning salt, and pepper!. I put them in an aluminum foil envelope!. (When folded it kind of resembles one!) I usually put them on top rack about 30-40 minutes!. I flip them too!. EVERYONE LOVES THEM!!!!!

Wrap some potatoes in foil and let them back with the meat!. Corn left in the husk and grilled - then spread some flavored butter on it, open it up and grill it for just a second!. I like garlic myself!.
My Mom used to make those Ranch Style Beans and put just a little bit of cheese in them!. Of course, they are good without the cheese as well!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
