I need a real good and quick Cake recipe! FAST?!
I need it to be able to be made with common house hold ingredients (all purpose flour, eggs, ETC) and I need it to be a quick recipe!.

My grandmother would whip this up all the time!. If you don't have sour cream, you can use yogurt (even most flavors)!. If you don't have apples, you can use pears, peaches, or a mixture!.!.!.
GRAM'S APPLE CAKE
1/2 c!. sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 TB!. baking powder
1 TB!. butter, softened
1/2 c!. sour cream
1 c!. flour
3-4 apples, sliced & peeled
Beat first 6 ingredients well!. Pour into greased square pan!. Top with apples!. Dot with some butter and sprinkle with a little sugar & cinnamon!. Bake at 350 for 30-50 min!.

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup buttermilk or milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
--Set oven to 350 degrees!. Set oven rack to second-lowest position!. Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan, and line bottom of pan with parchment paper!. In a medium or large bowl, with an electric mixer, cream the sugar and shortening until no granules remain (about 4 minutes)!. Add in eggs and almond extract (if using); beat very well for 5 minutes on high speed!. In a small bowl sift together flour, baking soda and salt!. Add to the creamed mixture along with the buttermilk; mix well until blended (about 2-3 minutes)!. Transfer to a prepared baking pan!. 1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 can (8 oz) pineapple slices, drained, cut in half
2 tablespoons chopped pecans, if desired
Maraschino cherries, if desired
1 1/2 cups Original Bisquick? mix
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup milk or water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
1!. Heat oven to 350°F!. In 9-inch round pan or 8-inch square pan, melt butter in oven!. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over melted butter!. Arrange pineapple slices in single layer over sugar mixture!. Sprinkle with pecans!. Place cherry in center of each pineapple slice (cherries with stems can be added after baking)!.
2!. In large bowl, beat remaining ingredients with electric mixer on low speed 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly!. Beat on medium speed 4 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally!. Pour batter over pineapple and cherries!.
3!. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean!. Immediately place heatproof serving plate upside down over pan; turn plate and pan over!. Leave pan over cake a few minutes so brown sugar mixture can drizzle over cake; remove pan!. Cool at least 10 minutes before serving!. Store loosely covered!.
High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Heat oven to 375°F!. Use 1 1/3 cups Bisquick mix and stir 1/3 cup Gold Medal? all-purpose flour into mix!. Increase milk or water to 2/3 cup!. Bake 25 to 30 minutes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

1 Duncan Hines yellow cake mix, a small box of instant pudding (chocolate), 1 cup of oil, 1 cup of sour cream, 4 eggs, 1/2 cup of chocolate chips, 1 cup of chopped walnuts!.
Mix all together!. Blend for 5 minutes!. bake 350deg!. for about 45 minutes!. very moist and delicious!.
