As long as the meat is still good, go ahead and cook them into whatever you want!. As long as you freeze whatever you have made after it has cooled down and put them in freezer zip-loc bags!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

They would be fine to freeze before or after you cook them!. Just wrap them well in plastic wrap then foil, or freeze them in actual insulated freezer bags!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

by all means do it! Make 1lb into meatballs and 2 -1lb meatloafs! I make both in advance and freeze--and I have a family of five!
