Banana Crumb Muffins

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 each bananas -- mashed
3/4 cup sugar
1 each egg -- slightly beaten
1/3 cup butter -- melted
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/8 cup all-purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon butter
Preheat oven to 375*F (190*C)!. Lightly grease 10 muffin cups, or line with muffin papers!.
In large bowl, mix together 1 1/2 cups flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt!. In another bowl, beat together bananas, sugar, egg and melted butter!. Stir the banana mixture into the flour mixture just until moistened!. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups!.
In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, 1/8 cup flour and cinnamon!. Cut in 1 tablespoon butter until mixture resembles coarse cornmeal!. Sprinkle over muffins!.
Bake in preheated 375*F oven for 18-20 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of muffin comes out clean!.

I would agree about the chocolate chip cookies!. You can never go wrong with those!. When I'm looking for a great new recipe, I head to the Better Homes and Gardens website!. They have so many recipes that are easy to get to!. I've printed out quite a few and some have even become family favorites!. If you're tired of the typical cookie, how about turning that cookie recipe into brownies!? Just use a smaller pan and put the whole batch of dough into it!. Cookies and Brownies are always loved, I love shortbread cookies! Chocolate Chip Cookies are also yummy- I use the recipe on the back of the Chocolate Chips!
