is it homemade or like Kraft!? Homemade is usually really creamy to begin with if you use enough cheese!. If its kraft use less water and more butter!. also use a higher fat milk or even cream!. Try not to use pre-shredded packaged cheese!. It's got cornstarch on it as an anti-clumping agent and will make a very grainy cheese sauce!. A small amount of cream cheese/neufchatel is a good creamy addition!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
