Sometimes people cut off crusts due to personal taste preferences!. Sometimes its necessary if you are making
'tea sandwiches' also known as canapes!. Canapes are never supposed to have crust on them!. A great way to reuse crusts and old bread is to make a bread pudding with them!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Because they dont like it, i dont know why, i love it, but i have small brothers that hate it, and they used to cut it, but now they can get bread with no crust, and it is wasting food, but what can they do if they dont like it, and i think its mostly children who dont like it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

They don't like the crust!. It also makes a much prettier presentation if you're serving tea sandwiches (cucumber, watercress)!.!.!.!. It's not my favorite part, but I still usually eat it!. Did you ever notice how many people also leave the crust of their pizza uneaten!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

I dont like the crust and that's why I cut it off!. I dont feel like it's a waste of food though b/c my boyfriend eats them!

yes it's a waste!. but there are people who don't like to eat because of the dried layer!. it's not match with the inner layer bread!. depends on the individual!. the crust layer can used to make breadcrumbs or used as dog food!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I don't do it personally, I, in fact, love the heal of the bread best!. However when my kids were young they didn't eat the crust so most of the time I cut it off for them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes I do, I don't do crust's, on anything!.!.!. like pie's toast sandwich, and would you believe it, I'd kill someone for the crust at the top of the loaf!.!.!.!. toasted!!
