Answers:
1 cup peanut butter (preferably non-crunchy)
1/2 cup of sugar
1 egg
1 tablespoon flour, if necessary



mix together 1 egg and 1/2 cup sugar until slightly frothy!.
Add 1 cup peanut butter, mix until smooth!.
Add 1 tbs of flour if necessary to bind mixture!.
Spoon teaspoons of mixture on to cookie sheet!. Flatten with fork dipped in flour or sugar!.
Bake at 350 degrees F until slightly browned around edges, 12-15 minutes!.

Irresistible Peanut Butter Cookies


3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup shortening
1-1/2 cups light brown sugar
3 tbsp milk
1 tbsp vanilla
1 egg
1-3/4 cup all purpose flour
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp baking soda



1!. Heat oven to 375*!.


2!. Combine peanut butter, shortening, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in a large bowl!. Beat at medium speed until well blended!. Add the egg, just until blended!.


3!. Combine flour, salt and baking soda!. Add to creamed mixture at low speed!. Mix just until blended!.


4!. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto an ungreased baking sheet!. Flatten with fork!. Bake one baking sheet at a time for 7-8 minutes or until set and just beginning to brown!. Cool 2 minutes on baking sheet!. Place sheets of foil on counter and remove the cookies to the foil to cool!. Store in an airtight container!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

* 1 cup sugar (you can cut this down to 3/4 cup, if you prefer)
* 1 large egg
* 1 cup peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)

1!. Combine sugar and egg in mixing bowl, stirring till smooth!. Add peanut butter and mix in thoroughly!.
2!. Roll into walnut-sized balls!.
3!. Place the balls on ungreased cookie sheets at least 2" apart!.
4!. Flatten with the tines of a fork!.
5!. Turn 90 degrees and use fork again to create cross hatches!.
