What pudding would you make?!


Question: What pudding would you make!?
Okay, so here's silly question, but it's just something for your mind!.
So!.!.!.you've invited a friend over for a meal, and you're going to make them a pudding!. What, given the assumption that you could make any pudding you wanted, would you make!?

I would make a port and sherry trifle and top it off with strawberry custard!.

PUD!? Steamed syrup sponge served with Bird's Custard!. (Don't make your own - it's just not British)!.
Dessert!? Mousse au chocolat made with at least 70% cacao chocolate spiked with cognac or whiskey and served with unbeaten double cream on the side!.
Quick and easy!? Equal quantities of cream cheese and whipping cream!. Mix the cream cheese with the grated rind of half an orange (reserve some of the zest for decoration) and the orange juice!. Whip the cream until it is thick, sweeten to taste!. Fold into the cream cheese!. Put into cocktail glasses, decorate with the rest of the zest and pop in the fridge!. You could replace some of the orange juice with Cointreau!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'm making (right now) a fruit and vanilla custard triffle
just put my pudding custard in frig!. to chill then I will layer in a triffle dish:
vanilla wafers, custard cut up fruit, and keep layering till I run out of ingredients then top with whipped creamWww@FoodAQ@Com

Delicious triffle!. I like things simple so good old apple crumble with custard would be my first thought but then my weakness for chocolate would kick in and i would have to make it a steamed chocolate pudding served with fresh cream and a sip of champagne!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

never heard of strawberry custard but i would get the champagne and fruit jelly thing at tescos!.
