One of my fav meals is baked salmon fillet!. Its super easy, Go to the grocery store and buy a salmon fillet!. Go home, get a shallow cooking pan!. Cover it in foil!. Put the fillet in the pan skin side down!. You can keep the skin on the one side!. Once you've baked it the meat just falls off the skin!. Spread a very thin layer of mayonnaise over the salmon!. Then sprinkle spices!. You can use your fav spices!. Best ones are salt, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, lemon juice, paprika, pepper, mrs!. dash!.!.!.!. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 20 min or until fish flakes off skin easily!.

make a western omelette, That's bout as easy as it gets dude!. First decide if u want a large or medium-i usually go with large--then get 4-5 large eggs, beat the eggs untill they r separated from the yolk, then add a lil milk and beat it gin, then go for the gold here!. Put anything you like in such ascheese,bacon,han,onion,tomatoes, peppers, salsa, cottage--the possibilites are endless-munus the things you metioned-don't put them in there!. Next!. put u a skillett on the stove,and turn the stove o medium high!. spary the skillet with pam, or butter it if you would like it that way!. When u see lil bubbles forming, pour in your omelette mixture, it will take onl;y a few minutes intil it starts jellin then wait until its done in the middle and flip it over and let the other side cook & u r ready for brich!. Slice into strips, some chicken or beef!.
Peel and slice onions
Place oil (1tspn) into wok , heat, add meat and onion!.
Add thin sliced veges, what ever you like but I think one should be snow peas, cos they are yum
Stir and turn for a few minutes, add whatever sauce you like, sweet n sour, soy, terriyaki!. Any you want!. Cook for a few more mins and Hey Presto!. Healthy, Quick and Easy with few calories!.
