Answers:
Teriyaki is great with Salmon!. Here is a recipe that I use, actually used it last night!.!.

INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon cold water
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Large piece salmon

DIRECTIONS
In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the cornstarch, cold water, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, ginger and ground black pepper!. Let simmer, stirring frequently, until sauce thickens and bubbles!.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Place salmon in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish!. Brush salmon with the sauce!. Turn pieces over, and brush again!.
Cover and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes!. Turn pieces over, and bake for another 10 minutes!. Brush with sauce and turn every 10 minutes during cooking!. Do this until no longer pink int the middle!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You have some options for preparing your salmon!. I prefer mine basted with teriyaki sauce and grilled, skin side down on the barbie!. You can also create a poaching liquid of white wine, cilantro, lemon, and garlic to poach it in!. Or you can broil or roast it!. To your butter and lemon basting sauce, consider adding some brown sugar or honey and dijon mustard!. I love grilled salmon with fresh pesto pasta and a great salad!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Firstly, I have a rule that I eat fish the day I buy it as it is never good hanging around!. You could grill it on a hot bbq for about 3 mins each side!. I like to cook it on the stove top in a hot saute pan with butter for about 2-3 mins each side, then serve it with a squirt of lemon juice!. You can also bake it in the oven in little foil parcels!. Which ever method you use, dont overcook it, and eat it soon!! Enjoy!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Is it boneless!?

I like to trim thick fillets into pieces about 5/8" thick and then cut them into serving size pieces!. I put some butter in a pan and saute them on medium-low until just cooked through and firm!. Serve with lemon!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Add lemon pepper and a little salt and cook in the oven!. Do not overcook or it will dry out and not be juicy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
