Question: When preparing baked lasagna, how many layers you normally make and what's the first layer!?
Answers:
I always put a layer of sauce on the bottom of the pan so the noodles don't stick!. Then I make 3 complete layers!. Noodles, sauce, ricotta and mozzarella and repeat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

My lasagne is a bit different!.I learned from an italian from Calabria!.
They're all seven layers!.First we had the sauce done with one boiled egg, brinjal cubes, hot slices of salamies mince beef and tomatoes (pomodoro)!.
We pour the sauce between the layers then on top (the last layer) we spread some gratered cheese like Parmesan and some gratered dry bread!.Then we pour the bechamel sauce in the end!.
We're greedy!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sauce, noodles, meat and sauce, noodles, ricotta cheese mix, noodles, sauce!. I like to put the cheese in a top layer so it does not mix with all the sauce while baking and leak out!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
