i just bought a hamburger recipe book from meijers it cost $4!.95--it has about 150 different recipes in it---depends on what you are interested in---i just made one of them last night-

1 1/2 lbs!. of hamburger
1 can (15oz!.)spicy chili beans
1 package of (1!.25) old el paso taco seasoning
1/2 cup water
two cans of (16!.3) pillsbury grands bisquits--buttermilk type
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup ole el paso mild salsa thick and chunky
using 6 (6oz!.) custard bowls) form a bisquit cup over the bottom of each bowl----spray the bowls before forming the bisquit to prevent sticking--place in 400 degree oven for 15 minutes or golden brown
brown 1 1/2 lbs hamburger
mix the hamburger, beans ,and taco seasoning, in a pan with 1/2 cup water, bring to a boil for about 3 minutes remove from heat
spooon hamburger mixture in the bisquit bowls--put tomatoe and lettuce on top with a spoon of salsa--and sour cream sprinkle cheese over it
you'll need about three bisquits to make one bowl suffiently
i tried two bisquits and it is pretty tight strecthing the dough around the bowls----also remember to roll the bisquits out flat in about a 6 or 7 inch diameter pie form--makes forming the bowl easier!.
place the glass custard bowls up side down in the oven after you get the dough strecthed over them --put them on a cookie sheet or pizza pan
also after you brown the hamburger, drain the grease off with a collander--so your bowl don't get soggy when you fill themWww@FoodAQ@Com
