Answers:
after you caramelize your "mirepoix" and garlic in a little olive oil over a heavy based saute pan,you can put the shrimp right away then a dash of that white wine, wait till the wine has been reduced then add the rest!.it doesnt take long to cook this one!.

after you saute the veggies with the shrimp, adjust the heat a bit lower specially before pouring heavy cream so it wont curdle!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

simple answer,,,,,, you can fry them prior to putting them into the sauce but only for a moment on each side, then put them in, or you can cook them in the sauce, say for the last 3 minutes of the sauce bubbling, then the heat from the sauce will finish the job!.

I'd let them thaw, then add them to the sauce just long enough to let them heat through!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

deep fry in a pan with garlic a lil bit of sault and a small bit of black or white pepper depending on your tasteWww@FoodAQ@Com
