Answers:
Dry Vermouth can be use with vodka or gin to make a martini!. It is sometimes used with whiskey to make a dry manhattan!. Here are some recipes:

Martini
(Cocktail glass)
1/8 oz dry Vermouth
1 3/4 oz Vodka or Gin
Olive garnish

Dry Manhattan
(Cocktail glass)
1/4 oz Dry Vermouth
1 3/4 oz WhiskeyWww@FoodAQ@Com

It makes an excellent sauce to go with fish!.
Put some in a hot pan (2-3 tablespoons) and reduce by 1/2!.
Add some fish stock (1/4) pint and heat, add some double cream after about 15 mins simmering along with whatever herb you want!. Not an overpowering one though!.
Serve around the fish!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
