Yes egg whites are the part around the yolf- you can usually find a seperator in a cooking gadget aisle!. You can cook them the same way you would cook any other egg- though egg whites will limit you on recipes that require a yolk!. So you can fry them in a non-stick skillet with a little EVOO!. For seasoning try sea salt over the normal salt you typically buy in the paper conatiners and put in salt shakers!. It depends on your tastes!.
