Answers:
egg whites are everything in the shell except the yolk!. you can separate the two by cracking the egg in half and passing the yolk back and forth over a bowl and pouring out the whites!. whites are often used in desserts like meringues!. you can cook them like an egg, but they cook way faster!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes egg whites are the part around the yolf- you can usually find a seperator in a cooking gadget aisle!. You can cook them the same way you would cook any other egg- though egg whites will limit you on recipes that require a yolk!. So you can fry them in a non-stick skillet with a little EVOO!. For seasoning try sea salt over the normal salt you typically buy in the paper conatiners and put in salt shakers!. It depends on your tastes!. Seasoning with herbs is better for your health and using organic eggs is even better!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

when one opens an egg, there are 2 colors :white and yellow!. the egg white is the gooey part that surrounds the yolk!.

you could make an omelette(diet), frosting, or meringueWww@FoodAQ@Com

It is the part that is minus the yolk!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
