usually it's beef fat, or we'd like to think so!. If it's just listed as animal fats it could be from pig, cow, or poultry!.!.!.or all three!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

if in US A LARD=pork fat , other wise it wouldnormally be listed as beef fat or vegetable shortening etc!.other countries Im not sureWww@FoodAQ@Com
