i need to know of a good recipe for a banana / strawberry smoothie i have one in mind like you mix the strawberries and bananas and yogurt together and you put it in the cup or w/e then some whipped cream and some granola!.

These are the recipes of some different style banana & strawberry smoothies!.
*Strawberry Banana Smoothie
1-1/2 cups frozen sliced or whole strawberries (or fresh strawberries)
1 banana
1 Tbsp!. orange juice concentrate
1 cup vanilla soy milk
1/2 cup ice, if using fresh strawberries instead of frozen
single scoop Ice cream(whichever U like)
Place strawberries and banana in a blender, food processor!. Ir using fresh strawberries in place of frozen, add ice at this point!.
Top with orange juice concentrate and soy milk!.
Puree until smooth!.Add Icecream & Serve!.
If using a blender, you may have trouble pureeing the strawberries, especially if they are whole!.Stop the blender!. Remove it from its motor base!. Remove the cover and use a spoon to push the strawberries down into the blades!. Replace the cover, and puree until smooth!.
*Peanut Butter, Jelly and Banana Smoothie
In a blender combine 2 cups of milk, 1 banana, 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter, 1/2 cup vanilla yogourt, 1/4 cup strawberry jam, 2 tbsp of honey and some ice cubes!. Blend until smooth!. Pour into 4 glasses and serve with a straw!
*Strawberry Banana Energy Smoothie
- 2 ripe bananas, peeled and quartered
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- Honey to taste
- 1 cup non-fat milk (or 2% milk)
- 2 tablespoons high energy powder
- 2 cups crushed ice
In a blender cup, add the bananas and strawberries!. Sweeten the fruit to taste with the honey!. Add the milk and energy powder!. Place the blender cup on the blender and on medium speed!. Puree until smooth!. Add the crushed ice and continue to blend until smooth!. If one prefers the smoothie to be thicker add a little more ice!. Serve immediately!.
*Sunrise Smoothies
1 cup ice
1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
1 cup vanilla soy milk
1 medium banana
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1 Tbsp!. honey
Place the ice in the bottom of a blender
Add remaining ingredients!. Puree until smooth!.
Serve
*Banana Smoothie
2 large bananas
1 cup frozen unsweetened pineapple chunks
1 cup ice
1-1/2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
1 cup low-fat banana yogurt
cinnamon for garnish
Place bananas, pineapple and ice in a blender or the work bowl of a food processor fitted with a metal blade!.
Pour pineapple juice over the fruit and ice!.
Top with the yogurt!.
Cover and puree until smooth!.
Garnish with cinnamon!.
*Banana Chocolate Strawberry Smoothie
1 tbsp light chocolate syrup !.
1/2 c strawberry slices, frozen !.
1 c light vanilla soy milk !.
1 banana, frozen
Measure all your ingredients into a mixer!.
Blend until well mixed!.
Serve right away with a straw, if desired!.
You can add a little chocolate sauce on top for presentation, if desired!.

Strawberries, banana, yogurt (or ice cream) with some juice & ice in a blender !.!.!.!.!. leave out the granola or it won't be a SMOOTHie (and how do you get granola through a straw!?)!.!.!. I'd rather have ice cream IN my smoothie, and leave the whipped cream off the top!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
