What is meatloaf?!

It's basically ground meat shaped back together again but with lots of yummy ingredients- plus the ketchup adds a little sweetness which i love! Here is a yummy recipe for it in case you want to try it
MEATLOAF:
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 pound ground beef, moistened
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1 egg
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 cup bread crumbs
1 cup ketchup
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F!.
In a small bowl, mix together the horseradish, mustard, salt, and pepper!. Set aside!.
In large bowl, mix ground beef, onion, egg, and Worcestershire sauce!. Add contents of small bowl and mix thoroughly!. Add the bread crumbs and combine well!.
Place mixture into a 1-pound loaf pan!. Pour ketchup over top and place in oven!.

I make mine with a pound of ground beef, 1 egg, splash of milk, cup of cracker crumbs, packet of french onion soup mix!. Mix well and put in loaf pan!. Bake in oven preheated to 350!. Bake for an hour!. Very good!Www@FoodAQ@Com
