what kind of cheese and sauce goes on it !?Www@FoodAQ@Com
Answers:
ok u need pizza sauce, it comes in a jar on the spagettii asle at wal-mart!. You need shreddred mozerella(sorry if it's spelled wrong) and u could get a pre-cooked pizza dough, or just use pilsberry pizza dough, that's in the busicuts isle of wal-mart!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Making pizza, the list can be endless on how you can make it!.
You can get reduced salt tomatoe paste and put that on top for a healthier choice, you can also add a bit of tammari (like soysauce) in with the tomatoe paste to give it the bbq sauce taste, or sweet chilli sauce to give it that spicy taste!.
You can use any cheese you would like- most people use mozzerella with a little parmeson added!. You could try adding the cheese at the end of baking- this way its not melting on the pizza and its not turning into a saturated fat either while cooking!. Its still really yummy and if you want the oil taste you can drizzle olive oil on at the end and add some of your favourite herbs- healthy and yummy choice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Use passata, tinned, chopped tomatoes or tomato puree (but only as a last resort, it makes a bit of a dry paste)!. Spread thickly on, so it dribbles off slightly!. Slice a whole tomato thinly and place in a circle around the whole pizza (edge or whatever)!. Grate cheddar and sprinkle on top!. To make it cheesier, slice mozzarella/brie with skin and place in a circle around the edge/centre/whatever!. Try putting your sliced tomato on top of the grated cheddar and underneath your top cheese!.
Be adventurous and use cheese with pepper and chilli in for a spicier pizza!. With this use pastrami, salami, spicy sausage, etc and instead of normal tomato sauce, use condensed spicy tomato soup, but don't dilute it!. It should gloop nicely over the pizza!.
Don't forget to season well with herbs and spices!. Fresh oregano, majoram, basil and loosely ground balck pepper and salt, but only a little bit!.
To make it healthier, use the fresh or chopped tomatoes and serve with salad!.

Plain tomato sauce or puree is too bland by itself!. Make sure you season it with salt and pepper!.
I would sautee a finely chopped onion and two cloves of chopped garlic in some olive oil, then simmer with the sauce, the salt, pepper, and some red pepper!. Makes a much tastier sauce!.
Mozzarella cheese is traditional here in the states, but in Italy they use any kind of cheese!. So you can use whatever you have!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

For the cheese use mozzarella but feel free to add any other cheese that you like the taste of!. Parmesan, cheddar, romano!.!.!.!.
For the dough you can use baboli which is pre made and shaped pizza dough upon which you just throw sauce and toppings!. There is also pre made raw dough that you roll out (a bit of work)!. There is dough from a box that you mix!. I have also used pitta breads!. (hint - spray pam under breads and doughs)
Sauce anything tomato based that you like!. There is "pizza sauce" in a jar or use even just spaghetti sauce!.
Spice it as you would like!. I love some oregano as it lets you know you are eating pizza!. also consider hot sauce and or bar-b-q sauce!.
Toppings: anything you can think of!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can use a jar spaghetti sauce, or pizza sauce!. Or you can brush your crust with olive oil and garlic and then pour a can of tomato sauce on top!. You can put your own choice of cheeses and toppings!. Our favorites are feta, mushrooms and spinich!. However, our kids like the standard Extra Mozzerella ,Parmesan, and pepperoni!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
The absolute best pizza in my experience is to use your favorite bottled spaghetti sauce, fresh ingredients, and your Mozzarella is most flavorful when you buy the cheese in block form and grate your own over the pizza!. I also like to add a touch of freshly grated Parmesean as well!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I haven't done it in a while- But I used to make pizza a lot!. I would combine mozzarella, hot-pepper Jack, and Cheddar cheeses!. In the tomato sauce, I would put oregano and garlic!. And I would be generous with the toppings!. It was very good!
One evening I made this and took it with me to share with a group of my friends!. It was a good thing because a couple of them were in the middle of packing to move so food was not exactly at the top of their priorities!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I just use tomato puree from a tube or jar (usually says its 30% concentrated) spread it on thinish (just like buttering bread) and then I mix up a little grated mozerela and grated cheddar(cheddar can work fine on its own just a little bit greasy!.) Sprinkle 75% of the cheese on stick on your toppings (if any) and then sprinkle on the rest I put them in the oven for 10 mins at 220 c!. Pitta pizzas are sometimes nice for smaller portions!. :)Www@FoodAQ@Com
tomato puree works great!. Plenty of it!.
Mozzarella is the best cheese to use as it's traditional but other cheeses as long as they melt, like cheddar, would work too!.
also basil and/or oregano aswell as regular seasoning!.
Plus any topping you desire!Www@FoodAQ@Com
