anyone have some really good fatting liquid shakes or foods that can be turn into liquid for someone whom needs lots of wt gain and vitamins!?Home made!

High Calorie Fruit Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup whole milk
1 cup half-and-half
1 banana
1/2 cup soft fruit (apricots, peaches, pears, etc!.)
1/4 cup safflower oil
1/4 cup honey ((for babies over 12 months)
1/4 cup tofu (for protein, you can leave this out if you want)
1/2 cup whole milk vanilla yogurt (or his favorite fruit flavor)
1/2 cup pudding, vanilla flavor, made with whole milk (I use homemade that I make with half and half and alot of sugar, for extra calories)
1/4 cup pureed carrot or squash (This adds good vitamins)
1 tablespoon vanilla
cinnamon
Directions:
You can add 4 doses of Buried Treasure brand liquid vitamin & mineral supplement (again, optional- I add this to make it more like pediasure for total nutrition!.) Put all ingredients into a blender and puree on highest speed!.
Makes about 2 quarts!.

2 tablespoons wheat germ
2 tablespoons protein powder
Preparation:
In a blender, combine the yogurt, milk, banana chunks, wheat germ and protein powder!. Blend until smooth!.
Pour into a tall frost-chilled glass and serve immediately!.

Smoothie Ingredients:
8oz Milk (could be any kind even soy)
1/2 banana
2 Big tablespoons of peanut butter (pref!. not chunky)
1 1/2 tablespoons of vanilla extract (this is the ingredient that I substituted, which can be hard to perfect)
and then about a cup of ice
Combine all the ingrdients n blend !

Go to a health food type grocery store (Whole foods etc) and get some -
Peanut butter - ALmond Butter - Cashew butter - whatever nuts you like butter - made up!.
Aso get some Coconut Milk!.
Make smoothies with these "butters" and bananas Ice and whiping cream or Soy milk & chocolate!. You can also add Tofu and suguar if you want!. also make some smoothies with coconut milk and fruit (Pina colada with Pinapples)!.
And ask about meal replacement powders when in the healthfood store - this can be added to smooties too and that has the vitamin info printed on them!.
also hemp based powder have "good fats"
Fats are higher in calories!.!.!.!.so easy to up your calories with good fats and don't forget proteins powders too!.

also mix in "weight gainer protein powder from Weider, or any of the muscle mass builder protein powder from the health stores
