Boston butt/Pork shoulder smoking?!
When smoking a Boston butt in a water smoker, do you put the fat side up or down!? I think you put it up so the flavor and juice from the fat drip down into the meat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

thats how i do it i also put a dry rub and let it sit over night in fridge,don't forget to let it rest and cool a little before you cut itWww@FoodAQ@Com
