Simple you want, simple you get: Takes 5 minutes to mix!.
8 ounces cream cheese (room temp)
8 ounces sour cream
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix these 4 ingredients together until nice and creamy!.
8 ounce tub cool whip!.
Gently fold cool whip into the cheese mixture until combined!.
2 regular graham cracker pie crusts or 1 deep dish pie crust!.
Pour mixture into pie crust(s)!. Chill for at least 2 hours!. Done!.
Optional: Top with fruit!. You can use any flavor pie filling if you like or fresh fruit!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I've been making this for 20 years!. It's easy and will bring you compliments and compliments!. If you don't have 2 lbs!. of cream cheese, I suppose you could scale all filling ingredients to work with your 1!.5 lbs!. of creamcheese!.

Remove all ingredients from fridge one hour before making the cake!.
Crust:
1 t!. unsalted shortening
? c!. sugar
? c!. melted sweet butter
1 ? c!. crushed graham crackers
1 t!. cinnamon
Grease a 9” springform pan (I use a 12”) with shortening!. Sift crumbs with cinnamon, combine with sugar and butter and cover sides and bottom of pan!.
Filling:
2 lbs!. cream cheese (4-8 oz!. pkgs!.)
6 eggs
1 c!. sugar
2 t vanilla
Preheat oven to 375°!. Cream the cheese and add sugar and eggs and vanilla and beat until smooth!. Pour into crumb-lined pan!. Bake for about 40 mins!. Remove and let cool about 15 mins!.
Topping:
1 ? pints sour cream (3 cups)
? cup Sugar
2 t!. vanilla
Raise oven heat to 425 °!. Mix sour cream, sugar and vanilla until well blended!. Spread over the filling and bake about 10 mins!.

really simple buy already made graham crust, and in dairy dept there is a cheese cake mixture Philadelphia makes it, just pour in crust add topping and serve!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
