Stuffed Pasta Shells
Prep time: 25 min
Cook time: 20 min

8 large uncooked manicotti shells
2 tbsp!. olive oil
? cup chopped onions
1 tsp!. minced garlic
1 pkg!. (10 oz!.) frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
6 tbsp!. butter, divided
1 lb!. Bob Evans Original Recipe or Italian Sausage Roll
9 tbsp!. grated Parmesan cheese, divided
1 cup plus 2 tbsp!. milk, divided
2 eggs, lightly beaten
? tsp!. dried oregano leaves
4 tbsp!. all-purpose flour
1 cup whipping cream
salt and black pepper to taste
1 jar (26 to 28 oz!.) tomato-based spaghetti sauce
2 tbsp!. butter, cut in small pieces

Place manicotti shells in salted boiling water and cook until tender!. Drain and set aside to cool!. Heat oil in large skillet!. Add onion and garlic; cook over low heat until tender!. Add spinach; cook until liquid has evaporated!. Transfer mixture to medium bowl!. Add 2 tbsp!. butter to same skillet; crumble sausage into skillet and cook until lightly browned!. Stir sausage into spinach mixture!. Add 5 tbsp!. cheese, 2 tbsp!. milk, eggs and oregano; mix well!. Transfer mixture to pastry bag and pipe into manicotti shells!.

To prepare sauce, melt 4 tbsp!. butter in medium saucepan!. Stir in flour, a little at a time, mixing well!. Add remaining 1 cup milk and cream all at once, whisking constantly until flour is incorporated!. Bring to a boil over high heat!. Reduce heat to low; cook and stir 2-3 minutes until sauce is thick enough to coat wires of whisk!. Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper!.

Preheat oven to 375oF!. Pour just enough spaghetti sauce on bottom of 13" x 9" glass baking dish to coat surface!. Arrange stuffed manicotti over sauce in single layer!. Pour cream sauce over manicotti; top with remaining spaghetti sauce and remaining 4 tablespoons cheese!. Dot with 2 tbsp!. sliced butter!. Bake 20 minutes or until sauce is bubbling!. Place dish under hot broiler and cook just until top is browned!. Serve immediately!. Refrigerate leftovers!.

Makes 4 servings

You have to make an addition for each ingredients!. so 10 people can eat more or less!. Example if 8 is good for 4 people make it 16 for 8 people!. Something like that!.!.!.!.Happy cookingWww@FoodAQ@Com

brown hamburger meat and drain
cook the shells
i mix some cheese hamburger meat and some spagetti sause together then stuff it in the shells put a little bit of sauce in the botton of the cake pan and put the shell in it and put some more cheese and sauce on top then bake it at 300' untill the cheese meltsWww@FoodAQ@Com

Brown some burger with chopped onion and garlic, drain!. Mix with ricotta and mozzarella, then bake in either spaghetti sauce, or a jar of alfredo sauce til hot, bubbly, and light brown!.
Sprinkle more mozz on top if you like!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
