Question: Whats every-ones favourite recipe!?
im a 12 year old who want to be a chef!. im wondering if anyone has any favourite recipes i could try out!? hard or easy i dont really care!.

Answers:
everybody loves my lasagna!.

bolognese sauce:
Tomato sauce // 15oz!. can
Tomato paste // 2 tbsp
Onion // 1 medium size
Chicken or Beef Stock // 15 oz!.
Ground Beef Chuck // 1 lb!.
Carrots // 1 large or two smaller
Celery // 1 stalk
Table/Cooking wine // 1/4 cup
Olive Oil // a few tbsp
Parmigiano Reggiano

Brown the meat with the onions, start chopping carrots and celery!.
Start by chopping up the onions as small as you prefer!.

Put a tablespoon of olive oil in your sauce pan!.

Add the onions, then add the Ground beef!.

Mix the two up and put on medium heat until the meat is browned!. Best to keep the lid on it!.

While the meat is browning, slice up the carrots and celery as this as you can!.

Add these ingredients:

Celery & Carrots
Tomato sauce // 15oz!. can
Tomato paste // 2 tbsp
Chicken or Beef Stock // 15 oz!.
Wine // 1/4 cup

Mix them up well and let simmer for about 20-30 minutes!. I like to see it sort of bubbling, but not too much!.
add salt and pepper and sugar, as preferred!.


Bechamel sauce:
you need about
60 grams butter
60 grams flour
1 box of milk
half onion(don't chop it)
2 pcs!. whole cloves
1 pc!. bay leaf
dash of nutmeg
salt and white pepper

in a pot, mix the butter and the flour until it doesn't stick to the pan anymore!.
Slowly add the milk, add the onion, cloves and bay leaf!.
mix well, until there is no more flour!.
let it simmer until it is thick and creamy!.
add the salt, pepper and nutmeg and mix!.
then strain it!. or just remove the onion, bay leaf and cloves!.
you can also omit the bay leaf, onion, cloves and nutmeg if you want it plain!.

soften your lasagna in boiling water for about 1 minute!.

line a layer of pasta in your baking dish
then the bolognese sauce
then more pasta
then the bechamel sauce
then the pasta
then bolognese sauce
then the pasta
then the bechamel sauce
add grated parmesan or cheddar cheese on top og the white sauce

bake for 30-45 minutes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You don't have to make them from scratch due to the wide availability!. Master

Linguini with shrimp
Ravioli
Chicken Alfredo

If you'd like to make a scratch cake, instead of box cake, then find a good recipe for yellow cake and modify it to your skills!.

PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

? 1 cup peanut butter
? 1 cup sugar
? 1 large egg

Mix together!. Drop teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet!. Bake at 325 degrees for 8 to 12 minutes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
