This one is very good for Western dressing:

1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup canola oil
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup organic catsup (doesn't have high fructose like regular catsup)
4 teaspoons onion, grated or dry onion flakes
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt

Mix all ingredients in blender until smooth!. Makes about 4 cups!.

Cooked crumbled bacon is a great addition to this!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Creamy Jalapeno Dressing recipe
1 cup sour cream
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 jalape?o pepper, stemmed, seeded, and minced
3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped (no stems)
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for several hours before serving to blend flavors!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Mix together 1/2 c!. each mayo & sour cream, the juice of 1/2 lime, 1/2 chipotle in adobo with about 1/4 tsp!. of the sauce, and about 1 tbsp!. fresh chopped cilantro!. A little salt and pepper to taste!. Let this sit in the fridge for about 1/2 hour and you're all set!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
