Hi,

There are different noodles for different recipes!. Example: flat noodles for Pad-Thai, it also goes well with curries; then you have chowmein noodles, lo-mien noodles and so on!.

Let me give you a simple recipe:

1 pack noodle (egg noodle / any thin spaghetti) cooked al dente
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoon hoisin sauce
few drops hot sauce ( depending on how hot you want)
Veggies like - bell pepper, steamed broccoli, snow peas, carrot!.
Meats like: chicken, shrimp, beef, pork - all cut into thin strips!.

Directions!.

In a wok, heat about 3 tablespoon vegetable oil / olive oil, put crushed garlic, add the meat, then veggies, stir for 2 mins!. Then add soy sauce, then hoisin sauce, then hot sauce, stir well, add little bit salt if you want!. The add the boiled noodles and stir well!. Garnish with parsley leaves and bean sprouts if you have!.

Hope this helps !!! I can tell you very good recipes too, but you have asked for a simple recipe!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
