Cous-Cous is a outstanding side for Lobster or a Wild rice Pilaf try using Baked "sweet potato's" or a yam casserole for me I always serve Lobster Puerto Neuvo style (grilled on the BBQ with salsa butter, rice, tortillas and some beans!. At the Hotel we serve it with the above cous-cous and steamed Asparagus etc!.!.!. Enjoy friend-oWww@FoodAQ@Com

Honestly I would do a lobster slaw, like a cole-slaw, look up the recipe, it really would compliment the lobster itself and bring out the appearence of the actually dish!. Even though it sounds a little akward to use lobster twice in a row, it really isnt that bad =] I attend a culinary school so we learn this kinda thing!. good luckWww@FoodAQ@Com
