Comments
Some people who have used this recipe feel that it originally called for flour instead of cornstarch which they prefer to use!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I just make my own!. Last time I made it I got rave reviews!.

Add 2 cups uncooked small shells pasta to boiling water!. Boil to taste!. As it's cooking, prepare sauce as follows:

1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Cook together in sauce pan until bubbly!.

Whisk in 1 1/2 cups milk!.

Add 1/4 cup parmesan cheese!. Cook on medium until it thickens!.

Add some small chunks of marble or cheddar cheese!. (I do about 100 grams or 1/4 pound of cheese!.) Marble is stringier but sharp cheddar has more cheese flavour!.

Mix with small shells pasta!. Enjoy warm!Www@FoodAQ@Com
