Answers:
i good way to tell when your chicken is done is if the juices are running clear!. cook it on the grill at low heat for a good amount of time!. if you cook the outside too fast, the stuff inside won't get heated throughout!. sounds yummy btw!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

if you are over grilling stuff, you probably are cooking too fast at too hot a temp!. Have you thought of using a lower temp for a longer time!. I like to BBQ, not grill!. I cook at about 270 degrees for at least two hours!. I would guess that 325 for about an hour to an hour and a quarter would do it, depending on how thick the chicken is!. The pesto and peppers should keep it from drying out on the inside!. You could start it in the oven and then move it to the grill to finish for the last few minutes if there is a grillesque flavor you are seeking!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i suggest thawing it first then cook it on medium low heat or when the chicken juice runs clear!. around 20 minutes just turn it ofter around every few minutes!. try brushing a little bit of Italian dressing over it every now and then!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

First grill it to about medeum, then when it's grilling layer lemon seasoning all over it, next when you are going to eat it mix Ranch and Itanin Dressing together, so you can dip it!. There you go!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

cook it in the oven until the juices are running clear then put it on the BBQ and u will still get the taste of the BBQ without poisoning any of ur family or urself!.

hope this helped!.xWww@FoodAQ@Com
