with that time limit just cut into strips and flour then dip in egg then breadcrumbs and fry in pan with oil for about 2-3 minutes per side and you have some great chicken stripsWww@FoodAQ@Com

Breaded Chicken Escallops on a Bun
Cut the chicken breasts horizontally into escallops
Mix 1 egg with 1 tbsp flour until smooth
1/2 cup bread crumbs in a plate beside the flour egg mixture!.
Dip chicken into flour eggs and then into breadcrumbs
Start a frying pan with 2 tbsp olive oil on the stove
Fry chicken escallops in oil to brown on both sides
Season with salt, pepper garlic powder and onion powder
Remove to drain on paper towel when done about 15-20 min!.
Mix a tomato sauce with Parmesan cheese in drippings in frying pan and add a little oregano, for an Italian flavor!. Sweet peppers can also be cooked and added to your sauce, but they are optional!. Try softening them in the microwave first!. It will speed up the cooking process!. Add 1 tbsp honey or sugar to sauce!.
Place a piece of breaded chicken on a Kaiser or Ital an bun

Take about 1 cup of bread crumbs, add 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese to the breading!. Dip chicken breasts in egg wash then roll in bread crumbs!. Bake at 325-350 until done!.

Cut chicken breasts into strips!. Lightly brown in a saute pan!.
Slice up an onion and a pepper saute in pan with chicken!. Add 1/2 bottle of salsa!. Place pan in oven at 350!.

Chop it into 1" bites and chop your favorite vegetables like onions, green peppers, asparagus, carrots, potatoes, mushrooms, broccoli or any combination of these!. Saute' in olive oil whatever you have in a saucepan with garlic (or garlic powder), salt and pepper until chicken is done and vegetables are done to your liking!. Add a couple of pats of butter (a butter alternative will work just fine too), a splash of white wine (optional), and pour all over rice or spaghetti noodles and toss!.

Cut into strips, add a can of mixed veggies, peas, corn or carrots!. Whatever you have!. And mushrooms if you have it!. Add a can of cream of something soup, simmer for 20 minutes to 30 minutes and serve with instant mashed potatoes, noodles or rice!. Or you could cook the breasts thoroughly, and make sandwiches!. you can fry it!.

season the chicken with seasoned salt, garlic powder, and black pepper (if you like it spicy add some ground cayenne pepper)
roll it in flour and pan fry it in a good amount of oil (slightly covering the chicken in a skillet!.)
cook it until the chicken is a deep brown color!.
drain the chicken on paper towels and let it cool for 10 minutes before eating!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can bake in just about any thick liquid to give it flavor and a bit of moistness!. A can of cream of mushroom soup, soy sauce mixed with mustard, etc!. all can work!. Not the greatest, but the chicken will absorb some of the flavors!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Stuff with herbed cheese and cook on the stove!. Or try drizzling a little olive oil in the pan and mixing with sliced mushrooms and a little bit of flour!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
