What to serve with Asian spice marinated flank steak?!
I'm grilling up a flank steak that has been marinated in Asian spices and soy sauce, but I don't know what to serve on the side!. I have baby bok choy and snap peas on hand!. Any suggestions!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Broccoli with oyster sauce!. !. !.
blanch broccoli then stir fry it in oil with minced garlic then add oyster sauce!. !. !.( you could also do this with bok choy or beans and peas) and drizzle with sesame oil!.
Stir fried bean sprouts
stir fry bean sprouts in oil with onion salt pepper and soya sauce, plus drizzle with sesame oil, you could also add julliened carrots to give color!.
Asian Cole Slaw
you could use cabbage or iceberg lettuce and carrots!. !. !. mix it with hoisin sauce, sesame oil, bit of water, soya suace, just mix this to make a dressing!. !. !. add toasted sesame seeds too!. !. !.
Egg Omelette
whisk eggs add chili flakes, chopped cilantro or coriander salt and pepper!. !. !.stir fry thin sliced leeks then add the egg mixture!.
Kimchi, readily available in packets or jars, its a good side for an asian steak and rice dish!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

i wonder, I'm not sure about what "asian spices" are used, but what if you served it in a mu shu or a beijing duck style with hoisin sauce and fresh green onions, wrapped in a Chinese wrap!? Since the Chinese wraps are a bit hard to find, a flour tortilla makes a decent, although not perfect, substitute!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
yeah, rice for sure!. The bok choy: wash it and heat some sesame oil in a skileet, add the bok choy (might as well add the snap peas too) stir til it starts cooking, cover and turn down low to simmer til done!. It won't take long!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
