Answers:
You can take a block of tofu, drain it, and then crumble it up so it has the texture of scrambled eggs!. I recommend that you always use a recipe when doing things with tofu; I think it's kind of tricky otherwise!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try to look for recipes on this site - http://allrecipes!.com/Recipes/Everyday-C!.!.!.

If you can only find tofu in blocks, you can cut them into strips or cubes!. For seasoning, you can oyster sauce, soy sauce, ginger, etc!. It depends on how you cook it, but those are the usual seasonings/spices used to flavor it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Cook it like it's meat - frying, grilling, lemon juice and spices!.

Put it in Miso Soup, a delicious Japanese dish!.!.!.

Sprinkle some vegetable OXO cube on it while it's cooking, too!.

Personally I hate tofu though - it has no flavour :/

If you're cooking it, make sure it's with a sauce with LOTS of flavour or the tofu will be disgusting, lol :)

Good luck - tofu absorbs most flavours :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have many recipes for cooking tofu, you can go to my recipe blog to have a look http://crystalbyblog!.blogspot!.com/search!.!.!.

To season tofu:
Marinate the tofu with turmeric powder, salt, pepper and sesame oil!. Set aside for 10 minutes!.

No turmeric powder, just leave them out!. Use any other seasoning!.

drain and pat dry the tofu block and cube it small or large, get some fresh green beans then use some canola oil in the pan get it hot and stir fry it with some sesame oil, hoisin sauce salt, garlic and red chili flakes!.!.!.!.!.!.you could serve it with cold sesame peanut noodles!.!.!.!.any cooked noodles mixed with some sesame oil and 1 teaspoon peanut butter and dash of soy sauceWww@FoodAQ@Com

you can boil it!. but frying it is good with a little bit of oil (olive)!. then just put whatever seasoning, marinade you like!. just a little bit of soy sauce is pretty good!. not to sure but i think you can eat it raw!.!.!.research that firstWww@FoodAQ@Com

It calls for tofu crumbles, right!? So you buy a block of tofu and crumble it yourself!. What's so hard about that!? Same concept for cheeses; buy it and crumble it yourself!. =)Www@FoodAQ@Com
