Answers:
Dip the pork chops in flour first, then an egg wash, which is egg and either some milk or water mixed together and then the bread crumbs!. This all acts as glue to keep everything together on the meat!. This also works with chicken and fish!. It's a breading recipe basically!.

Just put some flour in one dish, then in a shallow dish, one or two eggs and some milk, just like 2 tablespoons or so, or milk, whichever, and in a 3rd dish, put your breadcrumbs!.

Then dip the porkchip in the flour and coat it, both sides in the flour, then in the egg bath, again, making sure both sides are drenched in the egg wash, then put it in the breadcrumbs making sure both sides are covered!. From there you can either bread them all and pile them into another plate until you're ready to cook them, or go straight into the pan or oven with them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

the correct answer to this is simple!.!. what you need to do is dip the meat in flour!.!. once it is dredged in flour!.!. dip in the egg mixture and finally the bread mixture!.

the problem is not oil!.!. you need everything to stick!.!. and the flour is what helps everything stay together during the cooking process!.

wash chops, pat dry, beat an egg, put oil into fry pan, get very hot, dip chops in egg, then into flavored bread crumbs, such as colonia, progresso or taystee, then place into hot oil approx, 5 mins each side for a med thickness chop, do not keep flipping as this makes the crumbs fall off!.had them for dinner this evening, delishWww@FoodAQ@Com

You have to dredge them in flour, then egg wash (beaten egg with a little milk, or water) and then breadcrumbs!.

Make sure your oil is hot before you put the pork chops in!.

And yes you can do it in the oven, but the breadcrumbs will still fall off if you don't bread it properly!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

take the chop and cover it with egg (raw) to get a glisten so that the bread crumbs attach themselves properly!.!.

oil should be more than you think!. !. if too little than you end up burning the chop!. The chop should me in the oil about 1/2 inch or a bit less!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

too much oil, try using a cooking spray, and if they sit too long in the greasy pan, the breading tends to fall off, i would sear them with the bread crumbs and then finish them off in the oven to bake on 400 for 1/2 hourWww@FoodAQ@Com

I'm not exactly sure but i think you need to whisk up an egg then pop the pork chops in there then place them in the bread crumbs and this will make them stick!.!.!.
Hope it turns out ok!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'm not sure if this would help, but I always dip my pork chops in an egg wash before dredging them in bread crumbs!. That might help yours to stick better!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

shake and bake works best in the oven!. If you want to use flour and egg wash then fry them!. two different methodsWww@FoodAQ@Com

I put Oil in pan, turn on heat to Medium!.!.!.!.let the Oil get good & HOT!.!.!.I stick a Wooden toothpick in the Oil!.!.!.if tiny/small Bubbles form around the Toothpick!.!.!.!.it's Ready!.!.!.!.!.if NOT!.!.!.Wait till they do!.!.!.!.use a fresh t/p each time!.!.!.!.be CAREFUL don't 'Plunk' them in!.!.!.!.Oil is Very hot and may Splash!.!.!.!.!.once they're in wait 30/40 seconds!.!.!.slightly move the Chop!.!.!.it SHOULDN'T stick !.!.!.!.Lower falme slightly & Time them!.!.!.!.the HOTTER Oil will make them NOT Stick!.!.!.!.!.
BE CAREFUL!.!.!.!.lol!.!.!.Don't Burn them watch flame (Medium) & heating/cooking!.
