How to get the most for my money at the grocery store?!

Question: How to get the most for my money at the grocery store!?
I want some cheap and good dinner ideals(sp!? ideas), that i will have leftovers for atleast 2 or 3 days!. So, about 10 dinners a month!.
I already have spaghetti on the list!. Any other suggestions!?
I'm really sick of ramon noodles so I dont want that on the list!.

Oh, and I only spend $30 a week for dinner, I eat snacks for lunch, and that usually costs me $12 for one whole week!. I can budget my weekly salary for $50 on food a week!.

So 50 - 12 = $38!.00 - 10 for spaghetti which will last 2 days!. So now I have 28!.00 and 5 days for food!?!? Please help with some dinner ideas; cheap, good, and leftovers!. I would like to be able to buy bananas ($3 a week) and one dessert per week!. also I'd like to stop drinking tap water all the time, perhaps a soft drink can work its way on the list!.!.

If you could make me a monthly budget with a list of everything, and a cost, that would be awesome!.
Oh, and I dont use coupons because I cant afford to buy the sunday newspaper!.

There are lots of bagged pastas that only take milk and butter that are usually a dollar a piece!. lunch meat sandwiches and chips would be great for lunch!. I agree that taco salads are reasonably priced and make great left overs!. also you can make chicken and noodles, normally only about 5 dollars to make and are great the next day, chili is also really cheap to make and gets better each day!. you can buy a pound of hamburger and fry hamburger patties and eat on them for a few days!. good luck, and seriously try to watch the stores weekly circular for sales!.
