These are the recipes that i use:

Hope you like

Chicken Salad

3 cups diced cooked chicken
1/2 cup diced celery
1/4 cup diced onion - I omit, by preference
3/4 cup mayonnaise - i ususally use more than this
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard - or to taste
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
ground black pepper to taste

Combine the chicken, celery, onion ina bowl!. Whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, and poultry seasoning in a separate bowl; pour over the chicken mixture and toss to combine!. Season with pepper!. Chill at least 30 minutes before serving!.

EGG SALAD

8 eggs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika

Place eggs in a medium saucepan with enough cold water to cover, and bring to a boil!. Cover saucepan, remove from heat, and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes!. Remove from hot water, cool, peel, and chop!.
In a large bowl, mix eggs, mayonnaise, pepper, and paprika!. Mash with a potato masher or fork until smooth!.
Refrigerate until serving!.

Some people also add onions or green olives or relish to theirs!. I dont like onions so that isnt an option for me!.!.lolWww@FoodAQ@Com

I use the following:

Chicken Salad
1!. Chopped white meat chicken
2!. Mayo
3!. Sour cream (sounds weird, but it's great I promise and you don't taste it like you think - I use about half mayo/half sour cream - maybe a little less sour cream than mayo - it makes it creamy and cuts the mayo taste)
4!. Plenty of dill (I use dried mostly - and I'm generous with it)
5!. Salt and Pepper to taste
6!. Squeeze of Lemon juice
Topping it with some sunflower seeds (just the meats of course) and sprouts is good

Egg Salad:
1!. Chopped Eggs
2!. Diced cucumber
3!. Mayo
4!. Maybe a little dijon mustard (or I like the special mustard with dill in it) - sometimes this makes it in sometimes not
5!. Salt and Pepper to taste

Sorry I don't have exact measurements - I'm always just kind of mixing it up for one sandwich and just add until it looks/tastes right!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Chicken Salad

chopped cooked chicken
mayo
chopped celery
green onions, sliced thin
salt and pepper to taste
dash of celery salt

Combine all and refrigerate!. Use as much mayo as needed to get the consistency you prefer!.

Egg Salad

chopped hard boiled eggs
mayo
sliced green onions
salt and pepper to taste

Same directions as the chicken salad!.

Enjoy!Www@FoodAQ@Com

chicken salad:
chicken chopped up
mayo
chopped celery
could use some chopped green onion but go very easy on it!.

egg salad:
Hard boiled eggs
Mayo
chopped green onion
could use a bit of pickle relish
I like chopped up bologna in my egg salad!.
Salt and pepper optional

Both of these sandwiches you could put lettuce, tomato, cucumber on when you make it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Chop chicken or eggs, ( I fry bacon, buying the cheaper 3# ends and pieces, to crisp, bag, and freeze, bringing out, as needed--it adds a tastey, smokey flavor to a kind of bland recipe--jar & frig the bacon grease and use to fry chops, chicken, hamburgers, breakfast eggs, etc!.), green onion with tops, garlic POWDER, Italian seasoning, celery, stoplight peppers, 50% Miracle whip-type salad dressing/ 50% 1000 Island Dressing
Lettuce leaf and slice of cheese (I've also mixed shredded cheese with salad, where within it chemically melts), slice of tomato--Wow--A Denver!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Love Egg Salad

I do everything to taste really!. I normally use 4 eggs at least 2 big spoonfuls of miracle whip, some mustard, onions (if you like them if not you can leave them out) and sugar!. Makes it a little taste of sweet in there!. I don't really measure anything, I like to taste as I go!. Some people like more mayo or more mustard than others!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Grilled chiken shreaded and added to salad
eggs boiled and thinly sliced for sandwichWww@FoodAQ@Com
