Whats a good white sauce to make with shrimp?!

If you're looking for a dipping sauce for cold shrimp, try adding just enough hot sauce to mayonnaise to give it a tang!.
For a sauce to go with spaghetti:
Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a pan
Add 1 smashed garlic clove!. Remove it as soon as it starts to brown!. It'll have added enough flavor to the oil!.
Add a finely minced shallot, or a small onion, and cook until soft!.
Add the raw shrimp, and toss until cooked- they should be pink and firm!.
