Has anyone tried the soy cheeses that are being made? Which brands are the best? Where can they be purchased!

I've eaten "Veggi cheese" for years by far the best!.

It melts good on every thing only add it last!.
Only the mozzarella is not to my liking!.

Yes!.!.!. I'm lactose intolerant and use them all the time!. They taste like ordinary processed cheese "food" (the individually wrapped slices)!. I like the cheddar with jalapenos, pepper jack and mozzarella the best, but they're all pretty decent!. I've made mac & cheese with the shredded too!. The brand I have is Galaxy International, and it's usually in the refrigerated section of the produce department (where tofu is sold), but may also be in the refrigerated cheese section (if there's tofu there too)!.!.!.!.!.!.I find it at Walmart, Kroger's, Stater Bros, and Ralph'sWww@FoodAQ@Com
