A quick breakfast to make in the morning?!

Question: A quick breakfast to make in the morning!?
I'm trying to start eating breakfast in the morning and I am looking for a meal that I can prepare either before the week or the previous night!. The breakfast can't have any milk in it either because of me being lactose and tolerant!. All suggestions are greatly appreciated!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Many people boil eggs for the whole work week!. We do this too for a few days in advance and go ahead and shell them!. Dry them!. And then put them in a tight container!.

I don't put milk on my oatmeal!. I buy a box of packages at the grocery store and have one for breakfast or lunch every day!. All it takes is 1/2 cup of water, let sit a minute or two, put on a teaspoon of sugar!. Very good for your body!.

OR how about Fiber One bars, they are very good!. There are also oatmeal bars!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'm also lactose intolerant, and yogurt is fine for most LI people (because of the bacteria)!.!.!.!. You can layer fruit yogurt with either granola or apple-cinnamon wheat germ in parfait dishes the night before, to eat in the morning !.!.!.!.!. Keep some hard-boiled eggs in the refrigerator to eat with toast !.!.!.!. Buy SOY cheese slices (a nice selection of flavors - sold near the tofu) and make quesadillasWww@FoodAQ@Com

Lots of times I prepare oatmeal the night before!. Take 1/3 cup rolled oats, 1/2 cup water or soymilk and mix them in a bowl!. Add any other extras you might want (fruit, sugar, cinnamon)!. Cover the bowl and put it in the refrigerator overnight!. The next morning, the oats will have soaked up a lot of liquid and it's ready to eat right away! Of course, you can always warm it up if you don't want cold oatmeal!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

A sandwich is always good, like peanut butter and jelly!. You can make the sandwich the night before and bring it in a bag or plastic container to work or school!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

you can make scrambled eggs and keep them in a tupperware until your ready to eat them!.!.!. throw some toast in the toaster while you're waiting for the eggs to heat up in the microwave!.!.!. then make an egg sandwhich!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
