Question: What are some non-alcoholic palette cleansers!?
We are having a dessert bake-off at work!.
I always see when there is a cook off, the judges will have a palette cleanser!. So our potluck will 'look' professional, we would like to have it as well!. Any info will greatly help!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The lemon-cucumber water can be frozen, and run in a blender to make a cool, slushy sherbert-like palette cleaner!.

Melon can be used in place of the cucumber!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Lemon and Cucumber Water

Ingredients
1 gallon cold water
2-3 slices fresh lemon
2-3 slices cucumber

Place all the ingredients into a pitcher and serve!Www@FoodAQ@Com
