spearmint is more chewing gum flavour type, strong through the nasils!.

sorry but ye nana won't ty for the molasses suggestion, no offence!.

choppped spearmint, garlic, olive oil, maple syrup, balsamic vinegar, salt & pepper to your nana's taste!.!.!.!. on the outside of the lamb as a marinde & roasted crust!.

canada & scotland combined!.!.!.wall-ah!Www@FoodAQ@Com

We make a pesto-like sauce with the mint!.

Use fresh mint, some nuts (any kind you like, but I like pine nuts, or toasted walnuts), put them in a food precessor and grinde them untill they're pasty!. Then add some olive oil untill it's the consistancy you want!.

You can also add any other spices or herbs or anything you want!. Some people think sugar is good, but I think molasses would work as well!. I prefer it without the sweetness!.

also, some people just don't like lamb, it's really an aquired taste!. The first time I ate it, I swear it tasted exactly like how my goat barn smells!. I do like it now though!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
