Answers:
Lol Izzy! You are SO funny! Now shut up!. (In a good way!.)

Now I bake pies to sell that people order and they are so good that someone pre-ordered a pie a month for a year and suggested that I donate that to an auction at a school!. I cannot give you my super delicoius and unbelievably flaky (yet HEALTHY) pie crust recipe, but I do have a lot of good pies!. I have some that are classic, like (my favorite) apple, pecan, chocolate pecan, pumpkin, and good old cherry, good and simple ones like chocolate pudding pie, merangue pie, and key lime, and crazy, good (comma- not crazy good but crazy and good) ones that I have mastered like strawberry rhubarb and a few of my own creation!.

Did I mention I'm 13!?

Didn't think so!. I am a good baker but chef!? I'm not so confident!. Maybe that's because I'm used to people treating me like an adult pie baker who is a master of the art!. I do have some GOOD recipes though!. I'll nadd them when I edit- my last two long answers where deleted on accident so I'm kind of like, saving my work!. Ha!.

Back! Okay!. I have an awesome recipe but if I tell you what's in it you'll scream, pass out, cry, refuse semi-politely while thinking I'm crazy, or barf into your bucket that I will tell you to get right now!. You have to trust me though!. It is a simple sandwhich that my cousin found in a cookbook because it shared her name, Lena!. It is easy enough to make with a few simple ingrediants but it sounds super wierd!. Okay enough stalling!. Here goes nothing!

a) Bread
b) Strawberry Jelly
c) Cream Cheese
d) Smoked Turkey Slices (lunch meat style)

Be brave because if you don't try this I'll think you're a winp!. Not that you are!.!.!.

Warm up a pan or skillet and when hot add butter or a bit of oil!. Remember: A hot pan with cold oil makes food that won't stick to the pan!. Put the bread on and grill both sides a bit!. Warm up the cream cheese in the microwave so that it isa easier to spread!. Spread the cream cheese on one side and the jelly on the other!. Put the turkey on one and flip the other one on top of the other with the meat on it!. grill a bit more and flip!. Grill a bit more!. It shouldn't get brown, though!. Dig in! It's good- I promise!. Just think of it as gourmet because after all, if there was no gourmet to lable weird foods as, you wouldn't ever eat fish eggs (caviar) or squid tentacals (calamari)!. Have fun and good luck!. I hope I helped!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil or sun-dried tomato oil from the jar
6 rashers of smoked streaky bacon, chopped
2 large onions, chopped
3 garlic cloves, crushed
1kg/2?lb lean minced beef
2 large glasses of red wine
2x400g cans chopped tomatoes
1x290g jar antipasti marinated mushrooms, drained
2 fresh or dried bay leaves
1 tsp dried oregano or a small handful of fresh leaves, chopped
1 tsp dried thyme or a small handful of fresh leaves, chopped
drizzle balsamic vinegar
12-14 sun-dried tomato halves, in oil
salt and freshly ground black pepper
a good handful of fresh basil leaves, torn into small pieces
800g-1kg/1?-2?lb dried spaghetti
lots of freshly grated parmesan cheese, to serve

Method
1!. Heat the oil in a large, heavy-based saucepan and fry the bacon until golden over a medium heat!. Add the onions and garlic, frying until softened!. Increase the heat and add the minced beef!. Fry it until it has browned, breaking down any chunks of meat with a wooden spoon!. Pour in the wine and boil until it has reduced in volume by about a third!. Reduce the temperature and stir in the tomatoes, drained mushrooms, bay leaves, oregano, thyme and balsamic vinegar!.
2!. Either blitz the sun-dried tomatoes in a small blender with a little of the oil to loosen, or just finely chop before adding to the pan!. Season well with salt and pepper!. Cover with a lid and simmer the Bolognese sauce over a gentle heat for 1-1? hours until it's rich and thickened, stirring occasionally!. At the end of the cooking time, stir in the basil and add any extra seasoning if necessary!.
3!. Remove from the heat to 'settle' while you cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water (for the time stated on the packet)!. Drain and divide between warmed plates!. Scatter a little parmesan over the spaghetti before adding a good ladleful of the Bolognese sauce, finishing with a scattering of more cheese and a twist of black pepper!.

Tip:
You can make a veggie version of this recipe by substituting soya mince or Quorn for the meat, adding it to the sauce halfway through cooking!. Or simply add lots of diced vegetables to the onions, such as courgettes, carrots, peppers and aubergines!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

1 tablespoon butter, melted
1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced
garlic powder (for sprinkling)

Olive oil spray

Cut steak into 8 2X4 inch strips!. Lightly season the strips with salt, pepper, and garlic powder!.
Combine breadcrumbs, melted butter and olive oil, minced parsley, grated cheese and paprika!. Spread this mixture on each steak slice!.

Roll up slice with stuffing mixture inside!. Wrap a slice of pancetta or bacon on the outside of each roll and fasten with a wooden toothpick or tie up with a piece of cotton string!. Broil the rolls slowly over hot coals until the pancetta or bacon has become crispy!. If it begins to dry, spray lightly with olive oil again during the cooking, being careful of flare-ups!. Turn frequently until done!.
