Answers:
Oh, no! You do NOT want to cook them at the same time!. For one thing, the cheesecakes need to be made well in advance & then chilled!. So, make those in the morning or the night before & keep them in the refrigerator!.
You can make the meatloaf in the AM too & put it in the refigerator until you are ready to bake it!. I do that all the time so I don't have to wear myself out right before dinner!.
I would suggest making some mashed potatoes and a veggie too!. Maybe steamed green beans!. This is actually the first meal I ever made for my then bf (now hubby), so be warned! It could lead to a life of happiness!
Here's a great recipe for potatoes that would go nicely with this meal:
Potatoes Romano
White Rose Potatoes (at least one per person)
Vegetable Oil (about a tablespoon per 2 potatoes)
Butter (about same as oil)
Green onions (1 for every 2 potatoes), sliced
Grated Romano Cheese
Paprika
Cook potatoes, but do not peel (either boil them or microwave on Baked Potato setting)!. Mash the potatoes (including skins) and add oil & butter while mashing!. Fold in green onions!. Spread into an oiled flat pan!. Sprinkle with a little grated Romano cheese & paprika (& seasoned salt, if you like, but just a little bit!) Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes!.
Enjoy!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Cover the meatloaf with foil and if possible put cheesecake below meatloaf if will not drip on cake!. it will be fine!.
Heat rises so the "loaf aroma" will rise, if you have a fab above the oven use it it will draw the air out of the vents on top!.
Your bf is a lucky guy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
