Help with breadsticks?!


Question: Help with breadsticks!?
i made dough for bread, but it doesn't want to rise for me!. i am now going to make breadsticks out of the dough!. what temp should i bake them at!? for how long!? do i need to grease the cookie sheet (it's a dark non stick metal pan)Www@FoodAQ@Com

spray with cooking spray, 350 oven about 10 mins!. If they don't brown up the way you want, put a little garlic butter and shredded cheese on them and pop 'em back in for a couple minutes until cheese melts!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

BREAD STICKS:
Makes 16

Roll each piece of dough to form rope 14 inches long!.

Place 2 inches apart on greased baking sheet!.

Add 1 tablespoon water to egg whites; beat until frothy!. Brush over dough!.

Let rise in warm place (45 to 60 minutes)!.

Brush again with egg mixture; sprinkle coarse salt!.

Bake 425 degrees for 10 minutes!.

I would do 350 for 8 minutes and test!. Pop back into the oven for one minute increments after that!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
