Question: Can I peel potatoes now and keep them in the fridge until I start to cook dinner!?
Would I be able to peel the potatoes now and keep them in the fridge under water w/o them getting brown!? Any ideas!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

keep them in water!.!.!.!.they don't have to go in the fridge if it's only for a couple hours

putting potatoes in the fridge or keeping them too cool can actually develop the sugar in them and make them sweet!.!.!.in cooking school we only kept them in there for the day/overnightWww@FoodAQ@Com

Yes you can!. If it's a short time til you start to cook you can also place them in the freezer side and they will keep their color!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
