Portabello mushrooms?!

Question: Portabello mushrooms!?
What is something great to do with these suckers!? I use mine for Portabello burgers!. I saute thinly sliced mushrooms with super thin slices of beef tenderloin in a little bit of oil and garlic (and a bit of salt too) and carmelize thinly sliced onions!. Then I slap it on some garlic toast, top it with swiss cheese, and stick it all under the broiler for a couple of minutes until the cheese is kind of bubbly!. It's very delicious, but I want to know what else I can do with these things!. Help me out!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
